ECCENTRIC SCREW PUMPS

For pumping high-viscous, still flowable media, we offer a complete range of eccentric screw pumps.

With electric motor or air operated motor, they are used to transfer thin liquids and viscous substances up to 100,000 mPas, preferably stationary, used in continuous operation.

The flow rates are standard at 12, 25 or 50 liters/min, thefunding pressures on 6 or 12 bar.

The pump tubes are made of stainless steel 316Ti, the stators of NBR, NBR light, FKM, EPDM, EPDM light or PTFE.

For the gentle and pulsation-free transferring of thin to highly viscous, thixotropic, gas-containing, solid and fiber-containing, aggressive and neutral media.

Eccentric screw pumps JP-700 PB / -PS

For pumping thin to highly viscous, thixotropic, solid and fiber-containing, aggressive and neutral media in almost all branches of industry, in agriculture and the biogas industry.

Dry run protection

The dry run protection prevents the pump from operating or starting up without medium. Operation of the pump is only released when the medium is reliably transferred.

Drive with electric or air operated motor

The following materials are available for the stator of the eccentric screw pumps

NBR black max. 90°C, suitable for oily and greasy media, alcohol and aqueous solutions.
Not resistant to acids, alkalies and solvents.

NBR white Nitrile, max. 90°C, suitable for oily and greasy media, alcohol and food.
Not resistant to acids, alkalies and solvents.

FKM max. 160°C, high chemical resistance.

PTFE max. 200°C, high chemical resistance, suitable for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

EPDM max. 110°C, good resistance to alkalies (undiluted and diluted), acids (diluted), ketones, alcohols.
Food-safe (corresponding to BGVV recommendations and in the composition of the positive list of FDA).
Not resistant to oils and fats when transferring milk (3.5% fat) a sufficient resistance is given.

In addition to our barrel pumps for low viscosity and medium viscosity media up to 1000 mPas, we can offer a complete range of high viscosity eccentric screw pumps for transporting highly viscous, still flowable media. Our large stock pumps are of the type of eccentric screw pumps, where the flow rate is determined by the geometry and the clearance between the rotating rotor (screw conveyor of stainless steel) and the stationary stator (in the opposite direction rubber or solid mixture).

Eccentric screw pumps as drum and container pumps

With electric motor or air operated motor, they are used to transport thin liquids and viscous substances to 100,000 mPas, preferably stationary, used in continuous operation.

The flow rates are standard at 12, 25 or 50 liters/min, the funding pressures on 6 or 12 bar. We can also build the vertical design as a dosing pump with a small performance.

The pump tubes are made of stainless steel 316Ti, the stators of NBR, NBR light, FKM, EPDM, EPDM light or PTFE.

Eccentric screw pumps as container pumps

With AC motor, three-phase motor or air operated motor, they are used to transport thin liquids and viscous substances to 100,000 mPas, preferably stationary, used in continuous operation (also ATEX certified).

The flow rates are standard at 80, 200 or 300 liters/min, the funding pressures on 6 or 12 bar. 

The pump tubes are made of stainless steel 316Ti, the stators of NBR, NBR light, FKM, EPDM, EPDM light or PTFE.

Horizontal eccentric screw pumps

Transport liquids with low or high viscosity, neutral or aggressive, with or without solids or fibers.

The pump tubes are made of stainless steel 316Ti,
the stators of NBR, NBR light, FKM, EPDM, EPDM light or PTFE.

Flow rate: up to 3 m³/h, pressure stages: 6 and 12 bar

Horizontal pumps in block version

A cost-effective variant are the pumps in block version. At these pumps the motor is directly flanged. By saving the bearing base as well as the elastic coupling, shorter designs can be realized.

Flow rate: up to 200 m³/h, pressure stages: 6 and 12 bar.

High viscosity dosing pumps

Suitable for dispensing low viscosity, viscous, neutral and aggressive media with or without solids.

The standard flown rate of this series are between 0.6 – 60 l/h.

The flow rate is either controlled by a hand-shifted motor or a geared motor with frequency converters.

Also a series as a drum pump, as well as filling systems for the dosing of small quantities are available.
