In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission will provide an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called “OS platform”). The OS platform is intended as a point of departure for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts.

General Terms and Conditions
All our business is executed to the present General Terms and Conditions. Which shall apply to all further business transactions with costumers, even if no further notice are made there to. Our offers are made without engagement. We have the right to make technical improvements to all our products without notice. Prices: are quoted ex works Munich/Germany. The delivery remain our property until full payment has been received therefore.
Conditions of payment
Invoices either payable in advance or are payable 30 days net. Risk is transferred to customer when the shipment leaves our work. The customer bears all the costs for transportation, packaging and insurance up to place of delivery. All prices are without any obligation.
Warranty
The warranty period is twelve months it commences upon delivery of the goods to the costumer. These products have a limited warranty against manufacturer´s defects in material or construction for six month from the date of sale, not included wear parts. Do not modify this product or change physical constriction without the written permission of JESSBERGER. This limited warranty is automatically void if improper selection, installation, unauthorized modifications or physical abuse beyond the manufacturer´s responsibility is strictly limited to repair of replacement of defective components. The manufacturer assumes no further liability.
Place of performance, court of jurisdiction
Place of performance is Munich. All deliveries and services are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Laws relation to international purchases of chattels or relating to the execution of international purchase contracts relation to chattels shall not be applied. Should any provision be void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
