Drum pump-Sets are particularly suitable for AdBlue®.
AdBlue® is a highly pure, colorless urea solution in demineralized water. Nitrogen emissions from exhaust gases are converted in an SCR catalytic converter in diesel-powered vehicles.
Reduction using a catalytic process reduces up to 90% of toxic nitrogen oxide emissions. This contributes to ensuring that the prescribed Euro standards IV and V are adhered to and that the water hazard class is 1, the lowest. DIN 70070 guarantees consistently high quality.
Many commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses have additional AdBlue® tanks. The requirement is around 5% of fuel consumption. AdBlue® can also be used in the car sector.
