Gear pumps for different Media

Gear pumps for transferring slightly viscous and viscous media. Electronic gear pumps with speed control and remote control.

Gear pumps selfpriming

Gear pumps with Bronze Gear

Compact, selfpriming gear pumps with electric motor and bronze gears for conveying light viscous and viscous media. Versions for transferring diesel and oil.

Helical bronze gears guarantee constant pressure, heavy duty cycles, less noise and can short-term operate in the absence of liquid (dry running protection).

Body in nickel-plated brass and shaft in stainless steel. FKM seals and NBR O-rings.

Available in versions with portable case, integrated on-off switch or flow reverser switch and electronic control (optional).

Gear pumps with PTFE gear

Self-priming gear pump with electric motor and PTFE helical gears for different slightly viscous to viscous media.

Helical PTFE gears guarantee constant pressure, heavy duty cycles, chemical resistance and less noise.

Nickel-plated brass or stainless steel body, spindle made of stainless steel, FKM seal unless otherwise specified.

Models available with in-line filter, flow reverser switch, mechanical pressure switch, electronic pressure sensor and mounting kit for various applications.

Electronic
Gear Pumps

gear pumps with electronic sensor

The electronic pressure sensor regulates the flow rate by the speed of the motor.

Constant control of pressure, current and voltage.

Protection of the pump against short circuits and overcurrents.

Automatic stop function in case of lack of liquid.

Reduction of electrical noise thanks to the gradual increase of the engine.

Less noise.

Optimization of power consumption.

Reduction of mechanical wear and extended service life.

Operating functions are indicated by LED lights.

Electronic gear pumps with bronze  gear and speed control system SCS

Automatic, selfpriming electric pumps 12/ 24V with electronic pressure sensor for transferring diesel and oil.

Helical bronze gears, integrated check valve, nickel-plated brass body and fittings, stainless steel shaft.

FKM seals, O-rings made of NBR.

Helical bronze gears guarantee constant pressure, heavy duty cycles, less noise and can short-term operate in the absence of liquid (dry running protection).

Electronic standard setting in the „High Speed“ mode when transferring Diesel.

The integrated control panel SCS, enables a „Low-Speed“ mode when transferring oils and other viscous media.

speed control system SCS for electronic gear pumps

The SCS control panel enables the electronic pump to be set to the Diesel mode „High Speed“ or to the oil mode „Low Speed“. This setting does not change even when the panel is off.

It allows a fine setting of the speed to enable different delivery rates, or to use the pump for media that have a other viscosity than the preset one.

Remote monitoring of the pump operation and remote control: controls the presence of medium, in case of malfunction the reset function switches on automatically.
The pump speed should be adjusted to transfer higher viscous media.

Easy connection of the panel to the pump, with the existing cable.

The panel can be mounted in a Ø 70 mm cut-out or external device.

The features of the panel can also be controlled externally.

Remote control for electronic pumps

The PCS Control Panel enables to remote control the electronic pump and to interacted with.

Remote monitoring of the pump run and its remote control: controls the presence of liquid, in case of malfunction the reset function switches on automatically.

The „Run“ LED indicates that the pump is working and gives a warning even with small fluid losses in the system. This can prevent engine damage during long periods of low-speed operation.

Start and stop of the pump by pressing a button.

Easy connection the panel to the pump, with the existing cable.

The panel can be mounted in a Ø 70 mm cut-out or external device.

The features of the panel can also be controlled externally.
